John A. Barney
John has nearly 30 years of experience handling a variety of legal matters for clients in Tennessee and Florida. He has guided clients through the estate planning and probate processes, establishing businesses, and legal disputes in the courtroom. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience in real estate, business, construction, and personal injury/defective product litigation. He also has been successful in a number of appellate cases and has been certified as class counsel in several nationwide class action cases against major auto finance companies for discriminatory lending practices, all of which resulted in excellent results for the class members.
John is also a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator
